For over 20 years I’ve integrated Jewish mysticism, multimedia storytelling, and embodied healing.
Allow me to help you feel at home in that dream machine we call The Body.
I’m Sruli Broocker - chaplain, musician, somatic practitioner, and “multimedia evolutionary.”
Since graduating from rabbinical college in 2007, I've devoted my life to the integration of spirituality, creativity, and embodied healing - working as a teacher of Jewish mysticism, writer, musician, animator, and filmmaker in communities across Pittsburgh, PA and now South Florida, where I live with my family.
During COVID, I stepped away from my creative work to serve as an essential worker at Trader Joe's, and found myself in hundreds of weekly conversations with people carrying real fear and uncertainty.
It was their encouragement that set me on the path of somatic practice.
In 2022, I completed a first-of-its-kind Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certification through The Embody Lab, studying groundbreaking healing practices with leading voices in the field, including pioneers of Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Polyvagal Theory.
That same year, I earned a Mind/Body & Soul Coaching certification blending somatic medicine with existential psychology, rooted in the work of Viktor Frankl and Chabad Chassidic philosophy.
In 2025, I became a certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) practitioner, offering non-invasive, evidence-based nervous system regulation that is genuinely changing people's lives.
If you're ready to feel more at home in your body, I'd love to work with you.
